Shipping: we ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. From dispatch: United Kingdom 3–7 business days, Europe 7–14, North America 10–20, rest of the world 10–25. Shipping is free to the UK, EU, US and Canada; all other countries have a flat rate of £30. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Returns: 14 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
