How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days to the United Kingdom, 7–14 to Europe, 10–20 to the US and Canada, and 10–25 to the rest of the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order to the UK, the EU, the US and Canada. For all other countries there is a flat shipping rate of £30, shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
Orders to some countries may be charged import duties or taxes by local customs. These are set by your country and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund at no extra cost.
