Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return
Contact us at mirzasohaib2234@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, personal care and beauty items can only be returned if they are unopened and the seal is unbroken, unless they are faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
